Terms and conditions

 The prices are per person per day, including the current taxes (VAT).

 City Tax not included: € 2,00 per person per day

 

  • For stays under 3 nights it will be applied an additional charge of 10%;
  • Children under 3 stay in their parents' room for free;
  • Children from 4 to 7, half-price;
  • Children from 8 to 14, special price.

 

For extra bed we propose special discounts. We kindly ask your comprehension, that for organization reasons, certain room numbers or floors cannot be confirmed. 
Little size dogs are welcome on request. 

 

 

ON YOUR ARRIVAL DAY:
rooms are available from 2.00 p.m to 7.00 p.m.

ON THE DEPARTURE DAY:
rooms must be left at 10.00 a.m. 


BOOKINGS:
Rooms are booked only after a written confirmation from both sides. If you would like to book, please send us an e-mail (info@hotellagardenia.com) or a fax (+39 0365-954214). We consider a reservation definitive after we have received a deposit through postal order or bank transfer, we accept your credit card number, too. 
If you book your holiday a long time before, we kindly ask you to contact us again by phone or fax or e-mail a week before the arrival date. 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event of cancellation, late arrival, premature departure or no show the following cancellation charges are levied on the basis of the booking:
- till 30 days prior to arrival: deposit + € 100,00 fee
- till 20 days prior to arrival 50%
- till   3 days prior to arrival 80%
- Later cancellation or in case of no-show 100%

we suggest you to pay cash, in case of payment by credit card we accept Mastercard/Eurocard and Visa.
